Welcome to Reiki and Flow. I’m Courtney, I am a trained Reiki Practitioner and Yoga teacher. Here on this site I offer Reiki appointments and Reiki Yoga 4 week blocks. I have been interested in the healing & spiritual field since 2012 and have been on my own introspective journey ever since. What I found helped me the most was training myself to be with myself without distractions. Through attending reiki treatments and yoga classes where the guide allowed space for me to explore my inner world great change began to happen for me. So this is exactly what I offer; a space that is dedicated to being all about you. I create the space, you choose to join, and I support you as you rest into yourself; observing, feeling and receiving all that life brings to your awareness in that moment. I believe we each are our own healers, teachers and guides, and choosing to participate in a reiki session or yoga class is our is way of setting the intention to listen to what we need and maybe receive some intuition to what our next steps may be. Life is always the mentor and we can choose to lean into the flow.
